11hibaji Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Use the Platform

By using 11hibaji's website, mobile app, or any of its services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and 11hibaji. Please read it carefully in full before registering.

• Deposits made in a third party's name are not accepted — please use a payment method registered in your own name

11hibaji does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawing your winnings at 11hibaji is quick and hassle-free. A few standard conditions apply.

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ৳500
• Daily Maximum Withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 (Standard Account)
• Standard Withdrawal Processing Time: 5 minutes to 24 hours
• KYC verification may be required for large amounts (৳50,000+)
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.

If any suspicious activity is detected or an investigation is required, 11hibaji may place a temporary hold on withdrawals. In such cases, the support team will reach out within 24 hours.

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only, once per account.
• Wagering Requirements: As a general rule, you must wager 20–30x the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made.
• Duration: Bonuses not used within 30 days of issue will be automatically forfeited.

• Minimum Bet: Most games and sports markets have a minimum bet of ৳20.
• Bet Cancellation: Confirmed bets generally cannot be cancelled. If a match is cancelled, your stake will be refunded.
• Odds Change: Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply, even if the odds change afterward.
• Technical Error: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 11hibaji reserves the right to apply the correct odds.
• Game RNG: All casino games are powered by certified Random Number Generator technology — results are never predetermined.

In Sports Betting, markets may close during live betting after a match has started. This is normal and does not indicate a system error. To use the Cash Out feature, you must accept the value offered at that moment.

11hibaji believes gaming should be a form of entertainment — it should never become a source of problems in anyone's life. With that in mind, we provide the following player protection features.

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Timer: Automatic break or logout after a set period of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Self-exclusion options available from 24 hours up to 6 months.

11hibaji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account for any of the following reasons.

• Violation of Terms & Conditions or registration using false information.
• Creating multiple accounts or abusing bonus offers.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Identified as a minor.
• Misconduct or harassment directed at our support team.

Any valid balance in a permanently closed account is generally refunded within 30 days. In cases of fraud, the balance may be forfeited.

11hibaji may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance via email or an on-platform notification.

• Updated Terms take effect from the date the changes are made.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms.
• Previous versions of the Terms & Conditions are kept in our archive — contact Support if you need access to them.

The Bengali version of this document is the primary version — in the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall prevail.
